Sleeping on your back may be interrupting your breathing

An illustration showing that back sleeping restricts the airway, whereas side sleeping improves the airway.

Sleeping on your back often worsens the symptoms of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Snoring. This position can obstruct the airway, leading to:

- Interrupted breathing.

- Reduced oxygen levels.

- Poor sleep quality.

Now there is a mask-free treatment which deters you from sleeping on your back.

Dan:

"Very clever idea - I use Buzzpod to treat my positional apnea. Works beautifully at keeping me off my back. No more waking up gasping for air and such a simple but brilliant design"

Graham:

"I have been using the BuzzPOD regularly for over 4 years, and from the first night I noticed a profound improvement in the quality of my sleep. The device is easy to use, requires no maintenance, and I have always found it to be highly effective."

John:

Snoring nailed - I bought a BuzzPod in July 2022 and have been using it pretty regularly ever since. Only had to change the batteries once and it continues to function as it should. I have found it to be really effective at breaking my habit of sleeping on my back, which is the only time I snore. Now, I often don't use it for a few nights in a row because the back-sleeping habit has been largely broken, and just put it back on every few nights to discourage a return to the back.

"I'd been struggling with health issues and sleep for a long time and my doctor recommended trying BuzzPOD. When I rang to discuss it, Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He even expressed the delivery for me and kindly helped me with all my questions. I wasn't sure what this little machine could actually do, but I knew I was sleeping much better and my doctor ran further tests with the BuzzPOD on, confirming a huge improvement in my sleep patterns, apneas and time. It's comfortable, non intrusive and easy to take when you're travelling."
