5. Shipping and Delivery​

• Domestic Shipping:  Orders are typically processed in 1 to 2 days.  See Australia post network for more on shipping times. 

• International Shipping:  For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

6. Returns and Refunds

No refunds are available as this device is attached to the body and cannot be reused in any form. 

7. Warranty

Warranty Terms: The BuzzPOD unit is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

The chest band is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty also applies to manufacturing defects and excludes damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzPOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
